The Arington Foundation (AF) was founded in 1994 by Mr. E. Thomas Arington. Based in Greater Cincinnati area, the foundation emphasizes supporting groups located in southwest Ohio, southeast Indiana, and northern/central Kentucky.  The foundation has provided support for a variety of organizations, including those of athletic, educational, humanitarian, and religious nature. The impact these groups have had ranges from local to international.

The Arington Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, is a private foundation, with members of the Arington family comprising its current board of directors. Staff includes: Jessica Goldschmidt, program and event coordinator; Dan McManus, church outreach director; Joe Robertson, event manager; Chris Young, program director; and Jeff Zurcher, executive director.

Additionally, AF is a member of the Council on Foundations and the Association of Small Foundations.

This mission of The Arington Foundation is to positively influence the value systems of youth through media, sport, and education.

The foundation’s vision is to spread the love and gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world by putting Christian values into action.
